DESCRIPTION
I connected to the CalDAV server and all calendars were discovered, but no
events are visible at all. Restarting the application didn't help. Removing the
Account and setting it up once again neither. Thunderbird / Android Calendar
app see those events just fine.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect to a Pronto! / Communigate CalDAV server
2. No events are visible / imported
OBSERVED RESULT
No events are imported for the connected calendars.
EXPECTED RESULT
All events are visible / imported.

Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window):

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The server I'm connecting to uses Pronto! v. 8.0.9.76182693 (Communigate).
