I just set up a weather widget on Plasma built from git-master, and set it to Nabereschnyje Tscelny using wetter. It's showing the weather data right now. Both the desktop widget and the one in the panel show data. There may have been a temporary problem on wetter.com's side that prevented the weather widget from pulling the data.
