A visual notification needs to be added for the user when rewinding or
fast-forwarding a video. When the user seeks through the video (via timeline
click or hotkeys), a short-lived pop-up text showing the updated current time
position should appear over the video player.
Currently, when seeking, it is difficult for the user to immediately understand
the exact time they jumped to if the control bar is hidden. The pop-up text
will provide instant feedback and improve the user experience.
