DESCRIPTION
The menus opened from the Global Menu widget are frequently cropped
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click one menu
2. Switch to another one by using your mouse (not clicking)
3. Observe it is cropped
OBSERVED RESULT
It is clipped, see video
EXPECTED RESULT
The full menu should appear
