Hi, Alexander.
This behavior is caused by internal logic of StatusbarProgressWidget, which
don't show any progress bar, if job's lifetime is shorter than 1 second. It
seems to be a good choice in general, but I agree with you about misleading in
some cases like your example :(
P.S. I also tried to fix this in https://phabricator.kde.org/D2792 but abandon
the revision after discussion.
