For some reason I'm used to having the header file right from the
implementation file but currently in kdevelop, when the "arrange related
documents" option is enabled the header file is always placed left.
Would it be possible to have a third checkbox under User `Interface > Tabbed
Browsing` that enables placing the header file right from the implementation
file?
