DESCRIPTION
On the screenshot attached, you can see what I mean by that. Instead of being
positioned right next to the text, the information tooltip is positioned far
beyond that, including the last option which has the most text.
And weirdly enough, if I then select "Use system proxy configuration", the
tooltip gets moved several pixels to the left, probably because of the slight
layout change.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Go to "Wi-Fi & Internet"
3. Go to "Proxy"
4. (optional) Select "Use system proxy configuration" to see the tooltip move
to the left
OBSERVED RESULT
The tooltip is positioned in a very odd place, far beyond the text it's
referring to.
EXPECTED RESULT
The tooltip would be positioned right next to "Detect proxy configuration
automatically", with a small margin.
