                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED

Wayland Electron app displaying the bug. Moving any border to be within the
center monitor continues normal rendering.

DESCRIPTION
When using certain windows (see notes for details on which) sized so their
content spans outside of a monitor's region on all sides, the monitor that's
fully taken up by the window renders incorrectly.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have way too many vertical monitors
2. Open an Electron app, Minecraft, or seemingly any X11 window
3. Resize it so it fills an entire monitor on the top layer and goes a little
bit over the borders

OBSERVED RESULT
Window displays completely incorrectly, seemingly as though the center monitor
is treated as landscape.

EXPECTED RESULT
Window renders properly on the center filled monitor.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.27.0
Qt Version: 6.11.1
Kernel Version: 7.1.0-rc7-1-cachyos-rc (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 12 × AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor
Memory: 32 GiB of RAM (31.3 GiB usable)
Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon R9 Fury Series

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I think it occurs due to a window's *content* being outside the monitor's
region on all four sides, which would explain why CSD apps display the behavior
when fullscreened, but those with kwin decorations have to be manually expanded
beyond the borders. Windows are unaffected when moving or resizing.
It's also worse on X11, seemingly; Factorio, when told to render in Xwayland
mode, displays this bug, but doesn't in Wayland mode. Electron apps appear to
be affected regardless of backend. GTK apps in Xwayland stop letting me resize
them once they're across multiple monitors, are unaffected with Wayland*. QT
apps are unaffected, in either Wayland or Xwayland mode. Minecraft (Xwayland)
is affected, for what that's worth.
*GTK seems to really want to be within monitor borders. While it renders fine
when oversized on Wayland, it snaps itself back to within monitor borders.
Unsure if this means it's affected but bypassing the issue, or just unaffected.
