DESCRIPTION
Two related color-pipeline issues on the same setup (HDR over HDMI 2.1 FRL, AMD
RDNA4, Wayland). They may share a root cause in how KWin chooses the output
color pipeline, so reporting together; happy to split if requested.
The display dims in a content-dependent way. While typing on the keyboard in
Zen Browser (Firefox based) the screen will dim right away, and will restore
its brightness on mouse movement. Similar issue in a game running on Wine. Both
worked fine in 6.6. This issue does NOT happen in Konsole, so it's somehow
dependent on the app, not exactly sure how.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The workaround I have found is to set Color Accuracy to "Prefer Color Accuracy"
instead of "Prefer Color Efficiency". But to do that, I need to also set Limit
Color Resolution to "10 bits per color", if not Auto will pick 16 bits which my
TV does not support and so I get a black screen...
I've tried POWERDEVIL_NO_DDCUTIL=1 just in case, but it did not help.
