Quite simply, we're not looking for a solution, the right solution has been
proposed already. Someone needs to sit down and do the work, it's *that*
simple.
(I'm outta here, the amount of useless traffic this bugreport is generating
just today is too much for me. I don't have time to work on it right now,
anyway.)
