The original reporter didn't specify, but the corners stop working on the host machine, but the corners on the client machine receiving the inputs work if you lock the input to that machine using the Scroll Lock, but on the host machine where Input Leap is acting as the server, all edges break until you stop Input Leap. Also, I've tested input-leap host in the GNOME desktop's Wayland session, and this behavior seen in Plasma doesn't happen there.
