SUMMARY
After PC sleep and resume, plasmashell sometimes disappears and I can see black
background without desktop and panels. Requires a trigger bring it back (e.g.
change scaling or resolution).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect 2 monitors and disable one of monitors in display settings.
2. Put PC to sleep and wait a bit.
3. Resume.
4. Repeat a few times.

OBSERVED RESULT
Black background without desktop and without panels, console logs:

qt.qpa.wayland: There are no outputs - creating placeholder screen
kde.plasmashell: requesting unexisting screen available rect -1

EXPECTED RESULT
Desktop is visible on the screen.
