1. Installed Tumbleweed, made changes to the appearance.
2. Restarted and got taskbar not loading.
3. Googled, found the command:
ezh@Viimsi-notebook-Ryzen-5825U:~> plasmashell --replace
ezh@Viimsi-notebook-Ryzen-5825U:~> QFSFileEngine::open: No file name specified
qml: The backend got an unknown wallpaper provider type. The wallpaper will now
fall back to the default. Please check your wallpaper configuration!

4. Changed the wallpaper (standard Tumbleweed was set) to a solid color and
taskbar started.
Some problems with wallpaper not loading should definitely not affect taskbar
starting...
