I am currently using a laptop connected to an external display via a Type-C
port. When I put the system to sleep and subsequently wake it up, KDE's power
management utility crashes. Furthermore, I have noticed that after this crash
occurs, I am unable to adjust the brightness of the external display. I have
tried switching to a different external monitor, but to no avail. The following
is the information output when I use `kscreen-doctor -o`:
