What you can do at this point is to rename the clipboard configuration file for your regular user and reboot to see if this resolves the bug. ~/.config/klipperrc If things work at that point, great. if not, you may have to save items from your clipboard to a text file / graphics to a directory and delete the old history3.sqlite file. It may have data that's causing the bug. I'm going to mark this resolved for now. If you have other bugs with the clipboard, please open a new report.
