SUMMARY
Paste doesn’t work in “Create New Folder” inline rename field on Wayland
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Copy text to clipboard
2. Open Dolphin > Right-click menu > Create New Folder
3. Try to paste into the inline rename field
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing is pasted. The field behaves as if the clipboard is empty.
However:
- If focus is switched to another window and then back to Dolphin, paste works
correctly.
- Clipboard contents are confirmed to be present (pasting works in browsers and
other applications).
EXPECTED RESULT
Clipboard contents should be pasted immediately into the rename field.
