SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set a different decimal separator in the system
2. Try using a calc plugin with numpad
OBSERVED RESULT
The decimal separator key inserts the custom character which is not recognized
by calculator plugin
EXPECTED RESULT
The character is recognized as a decimal separator
