I have bookmarked line number 14 and moved the focus to the next line. And we can view the bookmark icon. However in KWrite application the same behavior is not observed. In this screenshot I have bookmarked the line number 12 and have moved the focus to line number 14. The option, "Icon Border" has been enabled.
