I just tested this with 25.12.3 AppImage on Pop!_OS and it works. Grouping clips with Shift+drag or vie Shift+G, right-click any of the grouped clips, select Edit Duration, making changes to any of the parameters - flawless execution. The only complaint I have is that the grouping gets lost. BTW, tracks cannot be grouped, only clips in any of the tracks and they can be apart from each other.
