            Bug ID: 517702
Summary: Cut-Paste from different window turns into Copy-Paste
if origin window is closed before Pasting
    Classification: Applications
           Product: dolphin
      Version First 25.12.3
       Reported In:
          Platform: Neon
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

How to reproduce:
open some folder in Dolphin
open a new Dolphin window, and navigate to some other folder
Cut some file in one window, and then close the window
Paste the file into the other window
-> unexpectedly, the original file does not get deleted from the origin folder,
ie. the operation was carried out as Copy-Paste instead

While this does not result in data loss, it has potential to mess up one's file
organization. I noticed the bug when downloading some files with Firefox; I
opened the download folder, cut the downloaded files, closed the window I no
longer needed, pasted the files to the correct folder that I had already open
in other window, and then later wondered "wait, didn't I already move most of
these files out of my downloads folder?"
