Powerdevil crashed after I locked and then unlocked my laptop. The debug info
are attached.

The crash might be a regression (since I recently ran `pacman -Syuu` and
rebooted my system, but I'm not sure). There is no stable way to reproduce it
(My assumption is that it can be trigger by a lock-unlock operation, with some
luck).
