Since version 6.5.6, it is impossible to interact with applets on a panel when
using "Panel Settings dialog" invoked by "Show Panel Configuration".
Selection "cross-hair" doesn't appear when pointing on the applet or anywhere
on the panel.
Left and Right clicks performs as if the edit mode is not active.
On all other version of Plasma, it is possible to select any applet on a panel
in order to Move/Edit/Remove.
The issue is persistent and can be replicated on freshly installed system.
No such issue observed with 6.5.5 and 6.6.2.
Nothing relevant in the logs.
