We need to determine that before we can move forward. If this is a problem with KDE software, we can work on a fix. If this is due to the kernel not detecting the fans, the kernel folks will need to add support. First, let's get some information from the System Monitor. Can you please attach a screenshot of System monitor - Fan & Temp That will tell us if your system has the KDE components installed that it needs.
