After a fresh boot, folders on the desktop will not open on double-click. If
the volume icon is clicked in the system tray, double clicking folders on the
desktop will work as normal. Things will continue to work as normal until the
next reboot.
This problem occurs with links on the desktop as well. Not sure about program
icons.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Assumptions:
- Double click is already enabled in the workspace behavior settings on reboot.
- There are already folders on the desktop on reboot.
1. Double click a folder on the desktop. It will not open.
2. Click on the volume icon in the system tray, opening the volume settings.
Close this window.
3. Double-clicking folders on the desktop will now work.
OBSERVED RESULT
Double-clicking folders on the desktop only works after clicking the volume
icon in the system tray. The system will continue working normally until the
