Essentially logging out using loginctl results in a black screen that requires
restarting the plasmalogin.service in order to login again.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to a KDE session
2. Run sudo loginctl terminate-user $(whoami)
OBSERVED RESULT
Black screen, must change into a tty to restart plasmalogin.service in order to
login again properly.
EXPECTED RESULT
Logout of KDE gracefully, go back to PLM login screen.
