SUMMARY
Trying to add a face region using either ctrl+left click or right click ->
"Faces" -> "Add a Face Tag" enables region selection "crosshair" mouse icon,
but moving a mouse resets that "crosshair" and no region is selected.
But images with existing face regions are working fine.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open image without face regions in preview mode
2. Press Ctrl+left mouse button
3. Drag mouse
OBSERVED RESULT
No face region selection
