SUMMARY
Unable to export JSON animation into WebP format
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Take any animation file (here .json type)
2. File export as WebP (*.webp)
3. Error (in logs) - Exception: failed to get the Python codec of the
filesystem encoding (OR)
Exception: error reading frozen getpath.py
