Screen share of the bug with animation enabled and disabled
SUMMARY
Graphical glitches occur on multi-monitor setups when maximizing or minimizing
windows, causing brief spillover onto adjacent screens and sometimes leaving
artifacts, even with animations disabled.
The issue affects all apps and persists even when animations are disabled.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open application
2. Maximize / Minimize application
OBSERVED RESULT
Brief parts of the window shows up on the surrounding screens and some
artifacts can remain until hovered with the cursor.
EXPECTED RESULT
No "spill over" from the affected window.

This happens with any application. Both on X11 and Wayland. It's easily
reproducible.
