--- Comment #8 from Ming Chuan <[email protected]> --- Hmm you might be right, I looked at the wayland protocol trace, it seems like around the time I clicked outside the palette (which is a xdg_popup), my compositor sends a `zwp_tablet_tool_v2.proximity_out` and a `zwp_tablet_tool_v2.proximity_in` event into a different `wl_surface` object immediately after.
