Release notes not in full view_long scroll bar
SUMMARY
The scrollbar in Discover's Updates section stutters (regardless of whether the
release notes are expanded) and changes size while scrolling.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install a few Flatpaks
2. Wait for them to receive an update with release notes
3. Open Discover's "Updates" section, expand the release notes for a few
applications and scroll
OBSERVED RESULT
The scrollbar stutters (regardless of whether the release notes are expanded)
and changes size while scrolling. When a long release note is shown, the scroll
bar becomes shorter.
EXPECTED RESULT
The size of the scroll bar is consistent once the user has expanded the release
notes.
