SUMMARY
when attempting to set a manual startup location, the setting is not remembered
unless you use both the Apply button, and then the OK button.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open dolphin to Home dir
2. go to configure, startup and enter a location into the dialog box, such as
Desktop
2. click OK
3. close dolphin and then re-open as you did before.
OBSERVED RESULT
the setting for the Desktop folder is not remembered and dolphin opens in Home,
whereas if you repeat the above using the Apply button, it is remembered.
EXPECTED RESULT
the new location should be remembered using either OK or Apply
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
this behavior was noticed on both 23.04 and 25.04 versions of dolphin
