Humongous formatted pasted text

Using NeoChat from KDE's nightly Flatpak repo.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Visit https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/any/realtime-privileges/
2. Copy the header text "realtime-privileges"
3. In any chatroom, paste into the text field

OBSERVED RESULT
The pasted text is humongous; see attached screenshot

EXPECTED RESULT
Should be pasted as plain text.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: KDE Linux 2026-03-08
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.80
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.25.0
Qt Version: 6.10.2
Kernel Version: 6.19.6-zen1-1-zen (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 16 × AMD Ryzen 7 7840U w/ Radeon™ 780M Graphics
Memory: 17 GB of RAM (16.0 GB usable)
Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon 780M Graphics

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Typically the way general purpose WYSIWYG editors handle this is to paste the
formatted text by default, but offer a "paste as plain text" option invoked
with Ctrl+Shift+V.

However NeoChat is not a WYSIWYG editor, it's a chat app with optional rich
text features. There is almost no case when I copy formatted text with the
intention of pasting it into NeoChat where I want the formatting kept.
