STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open the discover then maximized the window
2. close the opened window
3. reopen the discover
4. drag the new window
OBSERVED RESULT
the new window's shadow is disappeared
EXPECTED RESULT
the new window's shadow will not disappear
