Last deleted entry in the clipboard reappears on login
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Clear the clipboard using "Clear History" button or manually deleting all
the clipboard entries.
2. Restart the system.

OBSERVED RESULT
The clipboard shows 1 entry which is the last deleted entry.
EXPECTED RESULT
Empty Clipboard
