DnD system settings
SUMMARY
When Drag and Drop is set to "Move if on the same device" in "General Behavior"
system settings, Dolphin always shows the copy "+" icon on the mouse cursor,
but it actually moves the file on the same device.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set "Drag and Drop" to "Move if on the same device" in "General Behavior"
system settings.
2. Drag a file.
OBSERVED RESULT
Cursor has a "+" icon indicated a copy, but it actually moves the file (it's on
the same device).
EXPECTED RESULT
Cursor doesn't have any icon, because it moves the file or opens a popup menu.
Also with default Drag and Drop settings, the mouse cursor could not have the
"+" icon, because it opens a menu on drop.
