SUMMARY
when hovering the popup docker, some part disappearing and reappearing
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open the on-canvas popup
2. hover part of the docker (ex. on-canvas brush editor) with the stylus
OBSERVED RESULT
part of the window/objects desapear
EXPECTED RESULT
it doesn't hide some part
