SUMMARY
When the sidebar is set to be hidden, it closes only halfway so that it only
shows the icons, but it keeps on showing the "tools" button.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hide the sidebar
OBSERVED RESULT
The sidebar does not hide correctly and shows the "tools" button.
EXPECTED RESULT
The sidebar hides completely.

Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE neon
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.23.0
Qt Version: 6.10.2
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Interestingly enough, this only happens on a single computer; on three others
it works as intended. I have tried removing the cache, but to no avail.
