If you use breeze > light, you get a light. Nope, not the case here. Running KDE Neon 5.8.5 and the window decoration (title bar) is always dark. It only becomes light when the window does not have focus. When the window has focus, it's dark, even when the color is set to "Breeze" instead of "Breeze Dark" in System Settings -> Color.
