SUMMARY
Files created by other apps do not appear in folder view until plasma restart.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add folder view widget to desktop, pointing to any folder other than Desktop
(e.g. ~/Temp)
2. Create a file using an app (e.g. Sublime Text) and save it to that folder.
3. New file does not display in folder view widget untill you restart plasma.
OBSERVED RESULT
New file does not display in folder view.
EXPECTED RESULT
New file should immediately display in folder view.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Files created from dolphin do show up in folder view immediately.
