I too am having trouble reproducing it on demand now, though I had it happen to me earlier today and wrote the steps based on that. Maybe I was a bit hasty when writing the report. One thing I realized now is that the episode that the episode played in AntennaPod in step 7 was already downloaded and added to the queue in Kasts, though that's still not enough.
