the bug in question
SUMMARY
Whenever I'm using my tablet, quick accidental hovers cause the taskbar to
trigger its behavior of showing the summary popup or the icon descriptor, but
those effects refuse to go away UNLESS the taskbar or any of the icons is
interacted with again.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Plug in a drawing tablet, with no custom drivers other than the ones offered
by default by KDE/Fedora;
2. Hover over any icon in the taskbar;
3. Quickly remove the cursor.
OBSERVED RESULT
The popup remains visible for an indefinite amount of time
EXPECTED RESULT
For the window preview or the icon description to disappear after a while when
the tablet cursor leaves.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hello friends!
I hope this bug report finds you all well and healthy. I've noticed a small bug
whenever I'm using my drawing tablet (here, a Wacom Intuos CTL4100), in which
the icons in the taskbar simply refuse to disappear. Whenever I use a mouse or
the touchpad, it works perfectly, but it's almost as if the tablet pointer is
different, or has it's own personal behavior from the mouse/touchpad pointer.
I've attached a small video displaying the issue.
As always, I wish you all the very best, and will be available in case any
questions arise!
