It defaults (in QCommonStyle)) to the negative border width, so that it's positioned right at the edge of the menu item, not at the edge of the menu border.. We don't override either value in Breeze, so this seems to be the intended (but changeable) Qt behavior. This seems to be very old behavior in qt, at least since 2011.
