STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Set if audio will automatically play on new devices, or if it will require
manually changing it.

OBSERVED RESULT
Such option doesn't exist, it always automatic.

EXPECTED RESULT
There should be a option for letting the user pick them manually.

This feature makes a lot more sense with Bug 440536 implemented, so I'm marking
