--- Comment #13 from [email protected] <[email protected]> --- i read the report 514220 and found a request for the local command. i got this now: locale LANG=en_US.UTF-8 LANGUAGE=en_US LC_CTYPE="en_US.UTF-8" LC_NUMERIC=en_US.UTF-8 LC_TIME=en_US.UTF-8 LC_COLLATE="en_US.UTF-8" LC_MONETARY=en_US.UTF-8 LC_MESSAGES="en_US.UTF-8" LC_PAPER=en_US.UTF-8 LC_NAME=en_US.UTF-8 LC_ADDRESS=en_US.UTF-8 LC_TELEPHONE=en_US.UTF-8 LC_MEASUREMENT=en_US.UTF-8 LC_IDENTIFICATION=es_PR.UTF-8 LC_ALL= previously it was showing all es_PR.UTF-8. eventhough the system was installed with american english. i switch to another and back to american english and it as shown above. I am in puerto rico but do not speak spanish thus the [defaut] american english on install. the weather app now shows english date abrevations . all ok as english (eventhough i speak Portuguese). all the best -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
