            Bug ID: 516672
Summary: Secondary display shows time in UTC
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: plasmashell
      Version First 6.6.0
       Reported In:
          Platform: Arch Linux
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Screen locking
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: 1.0

A weird issue I've noticed since upgrading to Plasma 6.6 - when this system
puts the displays to sleep, on awakening the primary display shows the correct
time but the secondary shows a time five hours in the future (which makes sense
as my local timezone is UTC-5 / US Eastern). This resolves itself in a few
seconds - the secondary monitor generally resets to local time before I've
typed in my passphrase and unlocked the system - but is still a weird UX
papercut. Note: the system itself is not going to sleep, only the displays.
This is also my only multi-display system running Arch+Plasma, though I could
move some cables around to test on a spare laptop.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lock session either manually or through idle time
2. Wait for screens to go to sleep
3. Wake system with a mouse jiggle or some such

OBSERVED RESULT

Display 2 shows time in UTC, not the local timezone, Display 1 is fine

EXPECTED RESULT

Both displays show correct local time
