The application launcher IS using PlasmaComponents3, which means it should load the theme's scrollbar. So I believe the scrollbar's SVG needs to be updated - I see that PC3 source code references hint-scrollbar-size which doesn't exist in the Oxygen SVG. I will aim to fix this for 6.6.2.
