The pop-up should be attached to the panel, but it appears at the top of the
screen
This might be considered a duplicate of #378575, but that's a plasma5 bug from
9 years ago, so I thought filing a new one would make more sense.
NOTES ON HOW TO REPRODUCE:
This bug does NOT occur for me when I start a Plasma6 session with the two
monitors already connected. It ONLY happens after I hotplug a monitor during
the session. It also goes back to normal if I reset the panel using
`plasmashell --replace` , so it definitely seems like the bug is happening in
plasmashell and not in kwin.
It also might be notable that I have a vertically stacked monitor setup instead
of the more common horizontal one.
As you can see I am also using the third party "eXPose" skin instead of the
stock Breeze skin, but I don't _think_ that should matter.
