STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set short timeout for turn off the screen when locked.
2. Lock the screen.
3. Wait until it goes into suspended mode.
4. Power the monitor off.
5. Bring up login screen by, e.g., moving the mouse.
6. Power on the monitor.
OBSERVED RESULT
Something in Plasma crashes. This time is was Power Management.
