SUMMARY
In a recent update, the full screen Application Launcher widget will not
respond to pressing enter ro launch most apps. Strangely enough it seems to
work with KDE apps such as Kcalc, Kdeconnect
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch application launcher and search for an app
2. Press enter
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens with most all apps
EXPECTED RESULT
Enter should execute the selected app
