SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open skanpage.
2. Click on Scan Resolution drop down menu.
3. See that no option exists to select 200 DPI.
OBSERVED RESULT
The user is unable to select the required scan resolution of 200 DPI for
e-Filing court documents within the State of Massachusetts (as further
explained under ADDITIONAL INFORMATION).
EXPECTED RESULT
The user should be able to select the required scan resolution of 200 DPI for
e-Filing court documents within the State of Massachusetts (as further
explained under ADDITIONAL INFORMATION) or have an option to add or change it
within a settings section.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
As required by the Massachusetts Rules of Electronic Filing Rule 10: File size
limitations and legibility, specifically Rule 10(c); "(c) Scan settings for
text documents. To minimize file size, Users must configure their scanners to
scan text documents at 200 dpi and in black and white rather than in color."
